When you show up before open and there is a line outside then they open the doors only to find out the employee had her friends in the building working on their phone plans. Yet I come here to tend to my account before work yet apparently the workers friends come first. This is disgusting I've been a verizon customer for almost 14yrs and this is the worst service in a verizon location I have ever seen. I had to leave cause I had to get to work. This is sad!!! Verizon do better!!

We were trying to return Verizon equipment, but they couldn't take it. I talked to Verizon on the phone, and they told me I needed to go to a UPS Store, not a Verizon Store, which was news to me.

My name is Susan. I entered Verizon Zone to enquire abut getting a landline because my cellular service has been steadily getting poorer and poorer reception at my home. I was told by Trish that the monthly cost would be $23. I asked REPEATEDLY “Does that include taxes and service? She said “YES” repeatedly! Two months later my bill is $23 plus taxes and service comes to $51.58. So now I’m sorry I have it! I understand the salespeople have no control over raising prices but giving out misinformation is bullshit! Very disappointed.

Had an excellent experience at the Hornell Verizon. Worked with Trish Patterson who was so helpful and kind and made the phone set up super easy. She was wonderful.
