“Dr Ramos helped us when we needed to put our family pet to sleep. He was MY cat ... I loved that cat more than most people. Dr Ramos was very thorough in explaining the procedure .... and allowed me to stay in the room to comfort my boy during the entire procedure. She allowed me time alone and understood without judgement when I was sobbing afterward. Her compassion showed through x 1000. I appreciated that more than she will ever know. Kudos to both her and her staff - exceptional service! Recommend 100%”

“I had a new technician and a new vet. It was a very pleasant experience with both. My dog is mad at them and she always loved going there. Hopefully she don't remember when we go back in 6 weeks. (She had her glands cleaned)”
