“Derek is absolutely AMAZING! We were just about to leave for a road trip when we noticed our hood latch was malfunctioning. After fiddling with it ourselves and having no luck, we stopped by this Firestone for a last-ditch attempt at sorting it before we had to hit the road with a janky hood. For showing up as impromptu as we did, we didn't expect to be helped- but Derek jumped right on it and got the latch working again within a few minutes. Not only that, he topped up our wiper fluid as a courtesy. We are SO grateful for him today, and will definitely be taking all our future business here!”
“He did great work at a great price. While some places are charging over $100 per hour, his posted rate is $85. The guy is honest as the day is long. Also, he's a really nice guy too. I asked him why he works the hours that he does and he said that his wife works second shift and he gets to spend more time with her if he works the same hours. That alone tells me that he's good guy who loves his wife. I highly recommend this guy. I've been to him more than once. I wanted to see if my initial experience was the norm or not. Every experience was the same. He was courteous, professional and quick. He will definitely get all of my business. I'd give him 6 stars if I could.”
“Had my fuel pump fail on my Blazer, used AAA for a tow and they sent over Parmenter’s towing service. AAA estimated a wait time of 75 minutes, but the tow driver called and told me he’d be there in 20 and verified all of my information. Jesse P was doing the tow and was super patient with waiting for me to come out. He safely got my car 37 miles back to my house and my boyfriend also agreed that he provided a great service with the drop off. We will be requesting parmenter for any future towing service (hopefully not with my car). Thanks Jesse and Parmenter for the great service!”

“I don't have any negative feedback. I went for the 1st time here for an oil change. I arrived for my appt time and keys were accepted by Tim promptly. There was no wait. My toddler and I strolled around the store while car was being serviced. I am not a fan of Walmart but spent $75.29 that day and that includes my oil change. I was informed of when my car was being serviced until completion via text and finally via a phone call. It was a smooth and pleasant transaction. All needs met. Special thanks to Tim, Jamie, John, and Paul. Just realizing basically all Biblical names. Nonetheless I'd recommend and would come to do service again. “I really didn’t know what to expect. Having an emergency stop for vehicle issues in a town that the name of the town sounds like a cult. However, this business is phenomenal and I wish that they were far more nationwide recognized, and I’ve never had such detailed services explained to me when I asked and the prices there was no ferry dust in pixie. Sprinkle everything was cut to the bone on why we charged XY and why it was necessary I truly love the speed and efficacy of their Business”
