“staff was AMAZING TODAY VERY HELPFUL AND PLEASANT!!!
ALTHOUGH I WAS EXTREMELY PATURBED WITH THE FACT I DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM BINGHAMTON TO RETURN CLOTHS THAT WERE GIFTED TO MY DAUGHTER (WHO IS NOT INTO STR8 LEGS AND WANTED BELL BOTTOMS) AND WAS INFORMED THAT POLICY HAD CHANGED AND THE MOST THEY COULD DO TO HELP WAS EXCHANGE FOR DIFFERENT SIZES AND NOT OTHER STYLES BC THERE WAS NO RECEIPT FOR THE JEANS GIVEN TO US!!!!

SO SHOPPERS BEWARE IF THEY ARE NOT FEELING THE STYLE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE THAT RECEIPT OTHERWISE MIGHT AS WELL DONATE THEM!!! BESIDES THAT ALWAYS HAVE THE CUTEST STUFF AND NEVER RAN INTO AN UNPLEASANT ASSOCIATE!!”

“Very pleased with my first experience at JCPenney in Horseheads. Because I am disabled, the Customer Service woman was able to get the catalogue order I had delivered to the store brought up to the front. Also because I live 25 miles from the store, I wanted to try on items before leaving. Two of three items fit fine, but I wanted to return the third which didn't.

Again, a woman in Customer Service at the store's entrance helped me complete the return transaction. I was quite impressed with the service I received.

If there is any recommendation I would make it is to have one or more of the electric shopping carts like they have at most grocery store entrances for disabled. Had they had such a cart, I would have done some in-store shopping as well since they had a nice section that carried my size of clothing.”

“Been going there for years, Most times its done very nice. I get three colors foiled in. Last time I went the girl was new and did a terrible job. I am going back after a break and looking like a witch and getting it done by one of the girls that has been there a long time. Can't wait to get it looking good again..”
