Not unlike a lot of other places I stop at for gas, no washer fluid for my windshield near the gas pumps. Lots of bugs out and there's a need for windshields to be washed, it's 3:45 in the morning, the employee inside probably isn't doing too much because there's nobody here... And it's July so you don't really need to worry about anything freezing out here just dump some water and a couple drops of soap in there and be done with it...

I love everything there! So does my husband! He also has been having about their freshly ground coffee! Can I buy some of that for him for Father's day? :) is it dandys own brand? Their food at the deli counter is also really good! I love their pizzas and wraps! I can't remember if I've had a sub yet but I can't wait to try the other food there! And so close to us too! <3

I was traveling south on route 14 in
Horsehead, NY, stopped in Dandy it’s a variety store with hot food. Serve to order.
Washrooms are clean and presentable. There’s even a little parking lot for big trucks. Today I ordered two slices of pizza and a Pepsi.

I had a load canceled and then no place to park. There policy is 1hr parking. I went inside and they said park outback please and don't leave truck. Free . I went inside and they have good pizza, and anything you'd want to eat . The young man at actually every employee is super nice . Hate giving 5 stars but this place definitely deserved it.

Dear district manager Jeff,
Frank is absolutely one of the best dandy employees I have seen in a while. He made me the most beautiful subs, and wrapped them with pride. The entire staff that was there tonight was very friendly, worked well together, and just did a great job. You should be very proud of your team.

Get fuel here all the time and occasionally grab lunch. Finally tried their iteration of Chicken & Waffles today (a hunk of breaded chicken (tender, juicy breast(?) meat) drizzled with Mike's Hot Honey between two waffle "buns"... not bad, nice and crunchy, but had an odd scent/taste of sawdust on the back-end. Wish there was the option in the kiosk menu to get regular honey instead of only Mike's Hot and/or hot sauce. Their "Porky" burger is usually pretty good.

Currently parked out back in a semi. Great view on this cold foggy evening. Store was nice and clean, the staff was friendly.
