“5 stars for these guys if i could add more i definitely would, i came in with a GMC terrain, wanting to upgrade the factory subwoofer and add a aftermarket amp to my car They were totally cool with that so they brought it into the shop diagnosed It found out that the factory amp was Junk. I went out and bought a new one. They replaced it that same day then they found out the factory subwoofer was Junk so they put in a brand, new kicker comp r 10 inch tube system in there along with a new aftermarket amp they hid all the wiring and they hid the amp made it all look factor, it took a hot minute to get everything finished, but that was only because they ran into a couple hurdles And I also had to go and run out and buy a part But all in all these guys are great they made me at home even put on a movie for me to watch in the showroom while they were working on my system, they’re really friendly easy to talk to and if you’re new into the game, they dumb it down and really explain everything into detail with you the only sucky thing about it is labor is a little pricey but in this economy you gotta expect that plus benchmark has been around for YEARS So your also paying for that Knowledge”

“I'm not as happy with T Mobile as I was prior to COVID and the change to customer service since then but they are still a good company. I'm not talking about the store as much as the main offices. Customer service is normally good in the stores depending on who you are calling. Most of the time, they are very helpful. Other times forget it. Depends on which store. This store in particular is clean, busy, very nice and always busy.”
