I been Banking with this Bank for over 40 years, I needed to change the amount of Taxes been drawn out on a Mutual Fund that Larry Clark set me up many years ago. You Cashed your weekly check, and you knew every teller by name I had to make an appointment online, I requested the appointment ( 3 times ) advising what I needed done, 1 year ago there was No Issue doing this, I send an email it and it was done. My appointment, made it the same as my Dental appointment, which was at 8 am, Bank was at 10 am, instead of driving home, then turning around and driving right back, I walk around Grand Central Plaza for an hour. My Appointment was with Deborah French, walking into the the Horseheads Branch, Big Sign, stating, "Same Great People Different Name " I didn't know any of these people at Community Bank, the person that was to help change the withdraw , Deborah French was a teller, ??? She finished her customer, came over to me, I explain what I needed, she told me she couldn't help me I needed to see a specialist , I was never so upset, I wasted an hour doing nothing, for time is timeless as age, I knowing what I now know about Community Bank I would not recommend this Bank to my worst Friend. There is no real people type people now. As of today the Specialist has not called
