If I could give 0 stars I would. Was planning to go to my appointment but had to cancel due to family matters. They were highly unprofessional and rude. Blamed me for canceling my reserved time(more than 24 hours before my appointment) because another customer could’ve booked that spot.

Terrible place for first timers. Absolutely no talk about what is wanted instead your sat down and she immediately starts threading your eyebrows. Then she gets upset that you’re upset. Rushes you out of the door as she has other appointments even though you had an appointment for the next 45 minutes. I was rushed out in tears right after threading.
Edit: attached is the message she sent me. she only tried to talk to me after the threading in which I was already extremely upset. And even when she was “trying to talk to me” she was rushing me out.

I’ve been going to Sibel at Fabulous Eyebrows for over six months now, and she never disappoints! She’s incredibly precise, and always knows exactly how to shape my brows the way I want.
