I lived in my apartment for 5 years. I loved how much room there was. Maintenance were excellent in fixing anything that was needed quickly. It’s location was excellent for shopping and restaurants.

We have been renting from GHC for 7 years now. The entire staff and management has been absolutely wonderful to rent from. They all treat us with kindness and respect. If something needs to be repaired or replaced, they come and take care of the issue. We love it here and we thank GHC for taking such good care of us.

I recently moved out from Broadwood Manor because I bought a house. It's convenient to the highways, shopping, and it was a nice apartment. Maintenance is awesome and quick with response. The ladies in the office are wonderful. I highly recommend if you are looking for an apartment complex. Oh, it's also cat friendly.
