My husband was in critical care and was losing a ton of weight I called around in a panic trying to find something that I could use to help him not realizing the gigantic proportion of the bags plus price I did not do enough research and my husband was not released until late July after company so called refund deadline so the refused to work with me to take one bag backThere was no concern or care or nothing Too bad I just now have to find out how to get rid of the 2nd gigantic proportion bag I wanted to return for maybe some other items but nope their policy it set in stone No options - so I'm stuck with way too much product I'm out the money and have to find someone who wants to gain weight!!!!! HA in this world that's tough but worst of all the money I was stupid to listen to them saying I needed 2 bags I'm so over companies messing with me and this world/ just terrible

Their google says open at 10am. I showed up at 10:20 and they were closed. I saw their sign saying they open at 11am and came back at 11:40 and they are still closed! Who manages this place??? This is the second time this has happened to me. I have a membership that I can’t even use. Catch me over at Vitamin Shoppe across the street, I guess. Don’t waste your time trying to come here.

Showed up at 6:45 and knew what I wanted but worker closed doors early and gave some lame excuse on why.

Disappointed recent experience. After rushing to make it before close I arrived 15 min before 9 pm. The worker had the doors locked and was counting the register. I asked her if I could make a purchase and she said no, sorry. Already closed. Makes sense to buy online and not waste time at a local business if they don't keep hours they advertise and turn away a customer when they are clearly available and should be open.
