“I am replacing my boiler with a propane Crown from HEP sales on Corning Rd in Elmira Heights, replacing a lot of basment copper with barrier pex, replacing zone valves with pumps etc... The guys at HEP sales have been fantastic. Barnie came out to my house to do heat loss calcualtion measurements, and was quick to email me an initial estimate. Barnie, Joe, Eric, and Adam were all great every time i have been back for the little pieces and parts you end up needing. I have a strong mechanical background, but this would have been a much more daunting task without these guys at HEPs. Their prices are better than Lowes and HD, and i got amazing customer service. Good luck even finding an employee at Lowes, let alone a knowledgeable one. HEPs employees know their products, and most of them are former tradesmen. Thank you to the owner and to each of these great guys. i just told my wife i was going to buy these guys lunch. I mean we tip our waiters, and these folks have been so much more helpful than any waiter could be.
