Our first time inside the mall, other than Burlington. We were surprised how nice it was. Quite a few people shopping the day we went, including many families with young children. We went to the craft fair in the old Macy’s. It was well attended, and we were impressed by the quality of the products offered by the vendors. For a mall that we had heard was “dead”, we were pleasantly surprised! It included indoor pickleball courts, a thrift store, a fancy cinema, and tons of things for kids to do! Almost as good as malls were in the 80s! Quite a few empty stores, but that seems to be the new norm for malls. The food court choices were a bit sparse, and the aesthetics of the mall were generic, but it was a nice place to spend an afternoon. We hope this mall is making a comeback!

Yet again, you've failed us Regal. I'll never understand why rather than just switch a special event movie to another theater for just ONE SCHEDULED SHOW, you decide not to show it all together. Do you have something against indie films? My son and I are horror movie fans. We were looking forward to seeing Wnnie the Pooh, Blood and Honey 2, an indie horror film. It was only a 3 day engagement through Fathom events at Regal Cinemas. Arnot Mall is the closest to us, and in all honesty due to poor experiences we've had there in the past I was reluctant to go. We went any way, on the last night. Well, we were informed that the projector was down and they weren't going to show it. With all the theaters there, why couldn't it just be moved? My guess is because it was an indie film, no one cares. From now on I guess we'll have to be sure if we want to attend a Fathom event, we'll have to do it at a more reliable location.

Has arcade for kids (cash only), movie theater, and a food court located near the arcade. Plenty of places to go shopping.

Popcorn, a comfy recliner, a glass of wine, and your favorite person. The movie itself is almost superfluous. I wanna do it again soon.

The last three movies my family and I have attended have been interrupted throughout the entire movie by rude ignorant people either talking/screaming to someone on their cell phones about them being on camera breaking into their house and if they do their going to shoot them, while their kids ride hover boards in the back handicapped aisle, or non stop talking and making hissing noises at each other while changing their seats multiple times chasing each other and laughing, to throwing food at each other and leaving their recliners out with mounds of food and garbage when they leave. Not one time has an employee checked on the theater or walked through. For $70 a movie for my family each time this is not ok. It amazes me that human beings can even act this way and not feel ashamed but even more so that the theater can’t send one of there several employees on staff in to check and make sure that some ignorant uneducated rude people aren’t ruining the movie for the rest of us normal movie goers who pay a small fortune to watch a movie with their kids. We go at least twice a month and though about the unlimited plan but now highly debate ever come back and spending even a $1 here. There’s no excuse why people act like zoo animals instead of civilized human beings in 2024. And parents, teach your kids to not be rude ignorant people!
