I was trying to check out at a register when I was met with an overwhelming chemical smell and I still have a headache nearly two hours later. This does not belong in a walmart unless you want the employees and customers sick!!!!

Very upset, my nail polish on my feet started coming off as soon as I left and my nails are cut all unevenly. And very unsanitary used the same gloves she used on my feet to finish my hands never changed her gloves very disgusting

This is my second post, first one taken down. Ive been going here for years, here n there. Never no problem till the other day, i have my reg nailtech so i get pedicures quite often. Decided to stop here and give this place my business. Worst decision ever. First i was here 4/15/25 from 12:30pm to 2:45pm, not busy at all. 3 employees 4 customers. Took 2 hours to do a basic pedi please look at this pictures looks like a before picture, filed to low, nails not even and looks like the scrubbing stuff stuck on my nails. This was just the start of it all. I asked 3 times to not touch my legs, i have very sensitive legs well the worker did not listen and went ahead and put scrubby stuff on my legs. I do not like being touched by strangers at all. So not only did my nails look horrible but the worker didnt listen n touched n messaged my legs, i get it some women like it, I DONT. then before leaving lee said she would fix next day, well showed my regular nailtech my toes and she hurried n fixed that day. Not to mention the look my husband got when he put 0 for tip. ..... we are tippers and tip when deserved w good work. Not horrible work. So i got home called and asked for a refund, i donot want to go back to the store, i was treated like crap, then violated. During the call, i was told not to mess with their business and to come in to fix, i explained 3 times i had my regular nailtech fix. Response was i love you and you come in to fix. It was 40 dollars, and i still havent gotten a refund. Thats alot of money for a crappy job done 2 hours later. And the way i was spoke to over the phone, not good. I gave them my business, im the customer that had all this done to, and its not being made right. My name is tanya fogarty hope the owner sees this review and i was there 4/15/25 from 12:30pm to 2:45pm i was charger 41.26 for this. I want a refund, cannot believe i was told they dont do refunds after everything they did to me. Now when i go to walmart i have to feel like i was robbed because i was robbed. If the owner sees this please refund me, this is not fair or right on my end. If this post is taken down i will continue to leave a review untill made right. This place is a scam.

Nails didn't even fit the whole fingernail. Claimed it would fixed but it wasnt. Wouldnt come back again.Head manager is always off at the lottery machine pushing people out of the way because she thinks there's a way to count the lottery tickets.. instead of worrying about her customers.. didn't realize a manger could behave like that ..and almost get physical trying to cut infront over a lotto machine? very unprofessional.. and I wouldn't recommend this place to any one .. go else where before you allow these people to scam you .

The techs Anna and Tai were very nice and did a great job. My husband got his first pedi and I was happy with my pedi too and the wide variety of nail polish options and Gel options too. We both will be coming back next month..

The nails are absolutely horrible not what I wanted at all. I felt like the nail tech rushed, cut me 3 times, and the nails are not fully painted. I don't like to complain or make people feel bad but I am very disappointed with the nails and the service.

I've gotten my nails done religiously every 2 weeks for the past few months after not getting them done in over 10 years, every time I go I get exceptional service! Everyone here is so welcoming and kind!

This is my preferred place for a pedicure. I had one just last weekend and the job the tech did was excellent. I’ve had her several times but I’ve had a few other techs too. They’ve all been good. They take their time and are thorough. Thank you!

They are scam artist The nails look good but they quoted us at one price and then charged us a extra $20 I believe they wanted a bigger tip. I told her you quoted this and she kept saying they look good yes but should not lie to get bigger tip so I will not be returning

I have been going to regal nails in Walmart in the horseheads area for years now. I have never had an issue with my nails. I went a couple years without having my nails done. the day I decided to go back they amazed me when they remembered who I was. I love this place and would recommend to any of my friends.
