“I had to return some tech and was carrying 3 boxes with both arms into the building. As I approached, the door opened automatically, or so I thought. When i walked in, I saw that the lady behind the counter had opened it for me. This was a very nice courtesy. I gave her my labels and was done. In and out in brief time. Couldn't have been easier. Thanks!”
“We had a problem with the delivery due to a bridge down. The head guy called and coordinated with the driver to re attempt delivery. Pretty awesome! I didnt get the head guys name, but that was going above and beyond for a Saturday and we greatly appreciated his hard work.”
