“I had great luck with Penske!! I thought I had a reservation at U-haul for a van. Got confirmation via email and everything. When I went to pick it up, I was told it was no longer available. Then why did the system let me reserve it?? (and count on it) On short notice I called around and got Ron at Penske. He didn't have one in house, but called for one out of Mansfield for me. He went above and beyond by staying late to make sure that I could get the vehicle I reserved. He was extremely professional. Great guy!! Ron, Thank you very much. I really appreciate it.”

“I just picked up a truck for a one-way trip. Apparently their computer system was down, which was politely explained and handled well. Friendly guy behind the counter, and everything went smoothly. They didn't have the truck I originally wanted, and upgraded me for free (with plenty of warning). Good experience overall.”
