Emma was rude to me. Seems she's got better things to do than work over there. Emma was busy with a personal conversation with Sarah, then reluctant to give me a shipping quote, and gave me an off-the-top of her head guesstimate. I told her I'd get the quote somewhere else, she said "that's perfectly fine!"

Emma was extremely fast, efficient, helpful and nice. I had a spectrum return as well as packaging and shipping needs and I was done and back in my car within 7 minutes.

I called Friday 9/15/23 to see if this store had the materials to package bottles for shipping back to CA. Emma assured us this store did as the last two UPS & Fedex stores I called in Corning did not have the supplies. We came in on Saturday afternoon and Emma said it would be ready by 3pm. We had lunch walked around a bit and by 2:30pm it was ready. Thank you Emma as our frustration with the two previously mention shipping locations in Corning was disappointing. Emma is a great employee and the utmost professional.

I made an appointment for notary services via the UPS Store website and noted I had real estate documents that would require 7 of my signatures witnessed and then sent overnight via UPS at that time. I received both a confirmation of my appointment and a reminder email the morning of. After driving 35 minutes and arriving 5 mins early there were a couple other people in the store. When queried by the person behind the counter I told her about my appointment for a notary and she brusquely told me that I’d have to give her a minute. Fine, so I waited 10 mins or so to be called. When I told her it was a package of signatures I’d needed done she said there was no way she could do that as she was by herself. When I explained to her that I had put all this down at the time the appointment was taken, and when asked why I wasn’t contacted prior if she couldn’t do it, she blew it off by saying “ that’s corporate that takes those”. This whole time she’s standing in front of a poster touting their notary services that also says “Appointments Available”, which I pointed out. I think the Seinfeldian irony was lost on her. Instead of apologizing and offering to reschedule a more convenient (for her) time, she just said I could get my stuff notarized someplace else. Which I did at the UPS store another 20 minutes away in Corning. No appointment required and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Save your time and frustration and go there straight away.

driver constantly drops packages at end of 125 foot driveway asking for them to be stolen and food deliveries left in the sun along road, boxes constantly crushed when delivered. assume afraid of dogs but fedex and post office both asked if they were friendly and wow actually deliver to the porch......

Terrible, the annoyed person behind the counter was a real jerk. Stood there glaring as I tried to open the door and go through with a large package. Terrible attitude, will not be using this store again.

Efficient, accommodating, business-like, but not friendly. First time doing a return and it was successful. Parking is on street but not bad. All the forms, boxes, and options you need- just an uncomfortable feeling from the staff. Glad to have the option, could be better.

The two times I have come in recently, I have been met with a sullen employee who was responsible for destroying several hundred dollars worth of merchandise. From now on, I'm driving to Corning.

I always seem to have a problem with this location. But today's ordeal really takes the cake. I went to pick up a package. Was told it wasn't there because the truck hadn't come yet, this was at 3 pm. I went back after seeing on the tracking that my package had been delivered at 10am. I'm again told my package isn't there and it must be lost. I was given a number to call. So I call, and I'm told that my package absolutely must be there and that there's apparently an ongoing problem with this particular location not being very good at their jobs. So turns out the package was there all along and they just barely looked which is why they couldn't find it. Then I was almost not allowed to take the package because it was for my boyfriend and not me, despite me never having an issue with this in the past since we live at the same address? Honestly I shouldn't have had to go through this added stress and all this time just to pick up a package that was sitting behind the counter all along. I'll be routing my packages to the Corning location from now on since it's apparently less time consuming to drive all the way to Corning to get my package than to pick up at the location 10 minutes from my house. Get organized.
