indian cashier, rude and disrespectful. asked to used the bathroom said it was out of order but when indian customer came ask for the bathroom he give him the key, also asked why he refused he said his choices. bias and discrimination

I'm glad this store is open and available to enter 24 hours, you're able to get things you need at all hours of the day. Unfortunately the espresso machine is often broken and it's a bit dirty. Workers could be a bit friendlier too and the store could have fresher items. I am happy with the drink selection though.

Good place for a quick snack on the way to the beach. No other 7 elevens by rockaway beach. Chicken salad sandwhich in photo. Sandwhich was good.
Weird vibe tho inside and out. Suspicious looking character sitting in a car.

One of the workers is very rude,I came to pickup a delivery and buy a drink for the way and he was trying to argue with me what is on sale or not and I showed him it's on sale. Not a good experience.

Worst 7 11 there is around. Espresso machine constantly down and not cleaned. Floor is messy and sticky and it's pretty obvious staff is overworked. NON company issued signage stating 50 cents for cups!?? And overall dirty, dirty place.

They like be smart . Meaning probably manager. Beside that why they never order the big celcius is because is on promo time so they don’t want to buy them to loose money ?

Worst 7-11. How do you not have any fresh coffee at 5:45 am? And the coffee bar area looks disgusting, spilled coffee that’s dry, trash everywhere, floors disgusting. Barely any coffee in pots some look like they reused grounds, was so light looked like tea. Every morning same thing, workers rather be on phone speaking to whoever rather than doing there job. If I was the owner I would fire every worker and work it myself. Sad part it’s a small 7-11 not like a it’s a big store. Won’t be going here anymore. Just pay $6 for a coffee from Starbucks down the street at least you know it’s fresh and clean. Sorry 7-11 this store should be closed down

I used to come to this 7/11 everyday but after today I won’t be returning and I hope I really hope this location runs out of business. The Indian manager is very disrespectful. I came home from a 16 hour shift and wanted to grab a quick snack for dinner and got treated with absolute disrespect. I am utterly disgusted with this place and I really do pray that one day this location runs out of business or a change of manager. I know this one bad review won’t stop people from coming but I just wanted to give my one piece.

I've been going to the store on a daily basis for about a year since I moved to this area never had an issue until today the manager he's always rude and he was in the ways and he tells me to not come back to the store anymore because he didn't like the fact that he was called out for being rude wasn't the one time thing either every time he's working he's on the phone and not paying attention to customers two nights ago he walked out of the store while I was waiting I was walking back in with another worker carrying boxes so I opened and held the door for them and they didn't even say hi well thank you let alone even look at me and then continue to make me wait another minute or two before finally going back to the register. Unbelievable that he's the one that was rude he was the one that was wrong and he tells me to never come back anybody else have a bad experience with this guy
