Our waiter was extremely rude to me twice during our visit. We came as a large party and he wanted my attention so he could say the specials. After he got my attention he proceeded to say “HELLO?! Hello?!” Several times to me. Completely unnecessary and rude. Ruined my whole mood after that and I couldn’t enjoy my meal. I recommend the penne alla vodka and pistachio tortufo if you must dine here. We wanted to make this an annual gathering for my husband’s grandpa’s birthday, but I will not be returning. We dine out a lot and I’ve never felt so humiliated.

Matteo's has been a staple in my family for 20 years. The food, atmosphere, and quality of service is impeccable. We just celebrated my grandfather's 95th birthday there recently, and they completely exceeded our expectations.

We were there for Christmas Eve and had a party of about 14 people and when we had everyone there we went upstairs to our table and then the fun started they brought us water and bread& butter and left 20mns before anyone came to the table even with a few of us calling them just for drinks and it took them some time to bring drinks so while we were waiting we had decided to go like a buffet dinner so everyone can get a piece of everything so about another 20mns we got our drinks and ordered dinner well it was quite some time before dinner came and they just put it down and didn't say what was what and things were missing and some was cold. I will say the food was good but EXPENSIVE.
