They are a decent USPS office. I dropped off some packages here and they were not scanned in until the next day. I am not sure why they delayed scanning it in.

I had a 10:45 appointment. When I arrived - on time- there was a woman who was at the window completing her application at the window. Then she had to have pictures taken. By time I was taken it was 11:05 - 20 minutes later. Why make an appointment if not going g to be honored

DISGUSTING AND AWFUL. IF I COULD GIVE THIS FACILITY NEGATIVE ZERO STARS I MOST SURELY WOULD. MOST NASTIEST AND OBNOXIOUSLY RUDEST “WORKERS” IVE EVER DEALT WITH. FOR THE DISGRUNTLED AND INCOMPETENT “WORKER” WHO IS SUPPOSEDLY IN CHARGE OF DEALING WITH PASSPORT APPOINTMENTS/APPLICATIONS, DESERVES TO LOSE HER JOB EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. IT IS SO WRONG THAT SHE DECIDES TO TAKE HER LUNCH WHENEVER SHE CHOOSES TO, SHE ALSO DECIDES TO MOVE LIKE A SLOTH JUST BECAUSE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT DO BUSINESS NOR APPLY / SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR YOUR PASSPORT HERE AT ALL.

Went into the post office 10 minutes ago ask the clerk Flora for a certified and a green you know green card and return receipt. I worked in the post office for 37 years. Ask the girl if I can have a certified return receipt she said they’re outside on the counter. I went back. I took a look there was nothing out there. I went back to her now she’s reading something made me wait and I asked her again and I said I know what they are. There’s nothing out there. She says it’s impossible. The worst I’ve ever dealt with the worst
Maybe a smile and being a little friendlier, will keep the Postal Service around a little longer

After having spent 25 minutes on a seemingly endless Post Office line on Flatlands Avenue in Brooklyn last week, this branch was a joyous discovery. Easy parking. One person in front of me, waiting for either of two tellers. Prompt, professional, courteous service. How rare.

This was my first time to go to the post office to send express delivery. After queuing for about 5 minutes, it was my turn. I was a little nervous because I only knew a few simple words in English, but the staff who received me was very patient and carefully told me to pay attention. First thing, I noticed the sign on his chest said BOB, thank you, I will definitely go there again if necessary.

They could've done better. I scheduled an appointment for my father, who is 66 years old, at 12:15. I took time off from work to accompany him to the appointment and arrived 15 minutes early with all the necessary documentation. Upon arrival, the employee informed me that the individual handling passport appointments was going on their lunch break and advised me to return in 45 minutes. Despite informing them of our scheduled appointment at 12:15, the employee acknowledged my frustration and apologized for the inconvenience and said he couldn't do anything about it. It's is frustrating when online appointments do not align with staff schedules, leading to a waste of valuable time for individuals.

I made an appointment for passport renewal. Took time off of work only to be told “the person who does passports isn’t here today”. No one called or emailed to cancel the appointment. Horrible customer service.
