“Recently I was expecting a package that was out for delivery, but never arrived. When I called at 4:45 shortly before they closed, the staff was so helpful. They were able to locate the missing package and personally delivered it to my house by 5:15. I was impressed with the kindness of the staff member and commitment to making sure we received the package in a timely manner.”
“I have never had an issue with this this post office. They’ve always treated me with respect and they were courteous as well professional. Even when I’ve had a huge amount of packages shipped there. I’ve never had an issue with my mail either. They also are very personable, but have very strict guidelines by the federal government. If you have a zip code to look up it takes two seconds of your time to look it up! thank you for doing what you do!”

The new carrier Jim is a nice guy that goes above and beyond to get the mail and packages to the residents even in the most harsh conditions. “Went to this location (as opposed to Middletown) to file a child’s passport application. The experience was seamless, efficient, and pleasant. Brittany was very knowledgeable and processed the paperwork quickly. She even recommended and took a new picture of my child since the one I had done at Walgreens did not meet regulation. It is rare to encounter someone who knows their job and is happy to do it. 10/10, highly recommend!”
