“I have never had an issue with this this post office. They’ve always treated me with respect and they were courteous as well professional. Even when I’ve had a huge amount of packages shipped there. I’ve never had an issue with my mail either. They also are very personable, but have very strict guidelines by the federal government. If you have a zip code to look up it takes two seconds of your time to look it up! thank you for doing what you do!”

“Recently I was expecting a package that was out for delivery, but never arrived. When I called at 4:45 shortly before they closed, the staff was so helpful. They were able to locate the missing package and personally delivered it to my house by 5:15. I was impressed with the kindness of the staff member and commitment to making sure we received the package in a timely manner.”

“Great staff!! Always friendly and helpful. They helped my wife track down a package and got it delivered for her. The only gripe I have is that they are closed from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM.”

“I don’t understand the negative reviews I see here about the mail delivery. The new carrier Jim is a nice guy that goes above and beyond to get the mail and packages to the residents even in the most harsh conditions. He’s a perfect example of what a postal worker should be . God bless this man !!!! Honestly he should be in charge of the operation”
“Fantastic post office , friendly staff with no bs. Just maybe have a few minutes to give yourself this isn’t a convenient store or a fast food drive thru. ??❤️!!!”

“We finally have a postman that is courteous and operates his vehicle at a slow speed since we all have pets on Callahans rd.I believe his name is Mr. Harrington myself and several other neighbors want to thankyou”
“Love the late hours and how organized it is. Just not crazy about how slow they are, only have one person working and they are real friendly which is nice but when there’s a line let go! More work, less chatting.”
“Fantastic customer service and exceptional professional from the agent Alison in particular keep up the great work...any issue I've ever had at this location has always been handled with care, understanding, and professionalism”

“Went to this location (as opposed to Middletown) to file a child’s passport application. The experience was seamless, efficient, and pleasant. Brittany was very knowledgeable and processed the paperwork quickly. She even recommended and took a new picture of my child since the one I had done at Walgreens did not meet regulation. It is rare to encounter someone who knows their job and is happy to do it. 10/10, highly recommend!”
