“My alternator quit working just outside Waterville NY while I was sightseeing along NY20 last month. These good folks rescued me from the roadside and, despite having three other vehicles in the queue at mid-day, managed to get me on my way by staying well past closing time. The first replacement part they installed was DOA and they sent a driver (actually, the owner himself) quite a distance to retrieve another. To my surprise the bill was not much more than what I would have paid for the part alone had I not ignored the symptoms and done the job myself. Kudos to these folks for great service. I can also recommend the nearby Mulligans restaurant for a quick lunch and to have a walk about the lovely Victorian village of Waterville while you wait.”
