Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They were rude, unhelpful and were completely unprofessional. My general practitioner had to call them several times to correct the problems even with uncontrolled substances. When they did, the lead pharmacist chastised me and told me I was "causing issues". If anyone saw these ratings ahead of time, no one in their right mind would be associated with them. Don't bother upping your blood pressure.

I LOVE this CVS! Amazing Team! Such great selection, always clean, and fully stocked! The pharmacy team is wonderful as well! I love our Hudson Falls CVS! Keep up the great work!

CVS in Hudson Falls is a very expansive store. It hits the trifecta of great staff, easy shopping and great parking. Plus the isles and floors were pristine! There was a kind of shopping spree going on in this place, while I made my purchases! Summer travelers lining up for food, drink, toys, maps, books and clothes. Some families even had handy baskets filled with purchases. No wonder some things were sold out! Great CVS, I will return. Review: 5

They are extremely rude, very short when asked a question. My prescription was there and ready to be picked up. I felt like she was too lazy and didn’t want to look for it. After telling me 3 times they had “nothing for me” I called back five minutes later and got somebody different on the phone, and they told me my medication was there and ready to be picked up. I am tired of calling there and being treated like garbage. The pharmacist, and the pharmacy tech are always extremely rude. As soon as my insurance is accepted at Walgreens in April we will no longer be giving you guys our business!!!!!! I’ve been a customer of Cvs for many, many years, and every time I call I always have a horrible experience. Both my husband and myself are not happy with their customer care. Many of them are also very judgmental!! Today I made my decision and you will be losing us and many others when I tell them how we’ve been treated. My cousin is a pharmacist and treats his customers with respect and kindness. I cannot wait to switch pharmacy’s over to him. You have a horrible pharmacy staff for the most part. Especially the pharmacist, and the pharmacy tech. Do better!!

Pharmacy is the worst. Rude pharmacist. Get told to wait for .5 hr, wait that time and then get told, oh that won't be ready for at least another wait of indeterminate time. Not the first time place has done this. They have also refused to even fill a script due tech issues and never contacted me. Went a week without necessary medication that I need. Will be leaving this pharmacy. Messed up my meds to many times.

Overall CVS is not a bad pharmacy. This particular location however the pharmacist is very rude if you are low income or on a med she doesn't approve of. Stands right there and publicly talks about customers so they can hear her and her negative comments. I get this is a stressful fast paced job but get over yourself. She likes to think she's a doctor and at times refuses to do her job if she does not agree. Most of the techs are good, accurate, and friendly. They all seem over worked and short staffed though. This in turn, makes the customers not have as good an experience as they could. The store associates are always helpful and do not hover if you want to shop. Very helpful when it comes to coupons. The store is always amazingly clean. The pharmacy has a two lane drive through which you do not usually have a long wait at. Vaccines are offered here. There hours of operation are accuratly listed on Google. I never have a problem with parking here as there are plenty of spaces. The CVS app for prescriptions only works half the time and the texts you get often tell you your script is ready after you've already picked it up. It's hard to get staff on the phone in pharmacy because of there automated answering AI. When I have gotten through, more often then not the staff act like I'm some huge bother bc I had a question. The phone etiquette is terrible here.

Unfortunately, over the past year, I have had to pick up many medications for my family member who was diagnosed with cancer. Never would I take this problem out on others, but never have I been treated with more condescending, power-trip behavior, than I have in most of my visits to this pharmacy. Not to mention that in 3 out of 5 visits , I have had to drive to other locations to pick up the script that was sent to this pharmacy. This pharmacy never bothered to call us to tell us we had to go elsewhere, until we arrived. Such a disappointment, especially for a ‘professional’ sector that is supposed to be helping those in medical need. I would not even give one star, except that I cannot post a word without giving at least 1 star.

Horrible quality prints at the printing kiosk. Employee tried to tell me that's what they looked like on screen. Why is he looking at my pictures? And the prints are low grade and washed in blue. A waste of $15 and my last trip to CVS.

Pharmacist employees were talking to each other and had to wait for my subscription. I gave 4 stars for I didn't know if they were talking about something important. I never had that problem before

Understaffed and slow. Go to the Walgreens across the street, much quicker.
