“Needed my phone screen replaced. It's an android Motorola model that's not very prevalent, but they had a screen for it, and gave me a price lower than the competition.What I appreciated is that the gentleman at the store definitely seemed to know about Motorola phones, specifically. I've had Motorola phones fixed at other stores with dismal and short-lived results. The screens just didn't feel right when I got the phone back, and weren't flat. I think they flexed them into place to make them fit, and that stress on the screens is what made them shatter with the slightest small jolt to the phone. The other places, you could tell, only really*really* worked on I-phones. If you have an android phone, definitely use Matt and Mike!”

“I recently moved to New York from Florida and had to switch services due to the company service I had in Florida I couldn’t get service here Ryan was very helpful funny guy great sense of humor and friendly I walked in as a single mom of four kids needing phones for 3 of my family members he made sure I got the best deal with great phones and accessories to go with them as I got to talking he told me about things my kids would enjoy in the area and about the school and assistance I could get plugged into in the community I feel he went above and beyond to help me find my way in the new city I was unfamiliar with he wasn’t just a great employee of cricket but a citizen to his community anytime I’ve had a issue with any of my devices he has been willing to help me solve the problem without hesitation!”
