It says on the website they open at 9 am. I walked over a mile in the cold to get to Walgreens and was told the pharmacy opens at 10 am. Insane when the other pharmacy opens at 8 but, just have the right time on here.

The pharmacist was rude as hell,, I could not understand a word he was saying and rather than handing the phone off to someone else that could speak more clearly he hung up on me,, and so I went there and he got attitude with me in store as well,, I recommend going somewhere else that hires better customer service pharmacist

Overall, the staff are friendly and helpful. There is always someone waiting at the register to help you, usually always with a smile and friendly attitude. There are no self-checkouts at this location. The store is always clean and organized. Occasionally they do not have what I am shopping for, but that is to be expected. ATM at the front of the store.

I was very disappointed in the lack of pharmacy customer service. I walked in to see if I could get my second dose of the Shingles vaccine. The woman told me I had to make an appointment online. There was absolutely nobody there for an appointment. I asked if she could please just do it for me and was again told no because she had other work to do. There were also 2 other people working behind the counter. I went home to schedule the vaccination online but it would not allow me too. It would only allow you to schedule the covid or flu vaccination. I called and was informed they were having tech problems and to try back in a day or two. I asked if they could schedule it for me and was again told no. What about people who do not have access to computers? Absolutely ridiculous. I then tried to schedule online with CVS and the same thing happened. I went there and was told the same thing. I had to have an appointment and they could not do it for me. They gave me a number to call about the problem. Fed up I called Walgreens in Queensbury and explained the trouble I was having trying to get the second shot. They told me to just walk in before they closed. Now why on earth could the Walgreens in Hudson Falls not have done the same thing?Seriously, they had nobody waiting for a vaccination. I call that lazy. It takes less than 5 minutes to give someone a dam shot. I highly recommend the Walgreens on Upper Glen in QBY. Their pharmacy has great customer service.

I love this store! The employees r wonderful friendly an actually know what they r doing!! An the fact that I get cash back for my purchases is even better!! Win win situation shopping Walgreens!!

My Main concern's are with the spread of germs / Covid ! Not so much with the store manager's attitude although, Kudos to "Kim Yagel" for speaking out!I think in these trying times we are living in, we all need to take Special Precautions not to spread germs to others, This is most essential for Pharmacist's being they handle the bottles for everyone who receives medication! While I understand, some may experience raw hands because of the constant washing after cashing someone out, It's a small price to pay if we can get this Pandemic under control! I'm certain the store Manager would agree! #Walgreens #pharmacy #cvs Spread the word - (Don't Spread Germs) It's my opinion, Pharmacists should stick to filling prescriptions rather than using the Cash register ( keeping the environment sterile . I'm really worried I might catch this covid virus again, I think it's important to educate everyone about germ disbursement.

Never do bussiness @ 92 main street in hudson fall ny the store manager is by far the most rudest inconsiderate and extreamly harrassing with no reason for it. If they would fire him (patrick sheean) they would have a good store and i would give a higher rating. And when u ask for district manager info they wont give it to you fyi that a coustmers right espeically if there being harrassed everytime they go in.

For the most part, very nice associates. With the exception of one. She needs to be retrained in customer service. But, always get my meds on time! Very clean store. Love shopping here ?
