  Excellent customer service when my daughter opened a new account. We had stopped in once but didn't have the correct identification. Once we did, my daughter specifically asked to go back to see Joshua Jacobsen because he was so knowledgeable and friendly.

  Always friendly service and have never had a problem with my accounts for the past six years. Josh is always very helpful and friendly and has notarized several things for me over the last several weeks which has made my life much much easier.

  The staff at the HF branch are welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable! They always greet us by name when we enter the office.
