I switched from tmobile to verizon, and wow what a mistake. I never, ever get service on 5g, always have to use lte, speed is terrible. Basically my phone is a brick when away from wifi. I’ve stopped in to try to fix whatever issue it is 3 times, no luck. Even the employees show me how bad their service is in their own store. I would highly recommend NOT getting verizon.

I would like to shout out to your Verizon employee Kristina donate from the Hudson falls store. Kristina was extremely helpful with me when I was having problems with my old phone and she had patience of a saint. Kristina was able to get temporary service for me until my new phone came in. I was at the store twice and each time Kristina was cheerful and determined to assist my needs. I would recommend her service to everyone I know, that young lady knows her technology! Thank you again Kristina

Went in looking to trade in my IPhone 13 pro for the 16 pro, walked out with a new phone, new, cheaper plan, and 3 new free streaming services. Houston was extremely pleasant to work with and was very easy to understand, even for my less tech savvy mother.

Hands down best store out there! Walked in to get an “upgrade” and walked out with a new iPhone, iPad and internet router! Derek was simply amazing, very patient and very thorough. I am not very technology savvy and he showed me all the ins and outs there were! He helped get my account lowered while also adding on so many perks. Stayed past closing time and made sure I was all set and had no questions! Very pleased with how this all went and will continue to come here! If anyone needs a phone or upgrade go see Derek and go to this place!

My mom and I went to this Verizon store yesterday after a bad experience at a different Verizon store. Noah and Maverick were amazing!! They greeted us and immediately helped us with what we needed. They answered all of our questions and made great conversation. We left happy with new phones and the watch I've been wanting since they are running a promo. Both guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We will definitely be going back to this location and recommending it to friends and family!

I was having problems with my bill, and needed help with new Apple watch. I bought my 13 pro at Hudson Falls. So I went back to them. I love everyone at Hudson Falls store. Especial Dylan Spicer! Who was so kind to me. And not only helped me, with all my issues. . . but also save some money every month.Thank you so much!!! 10 stars!

I went to this Verizon location last week around 7pm to help my girlfriend get a new phone. I cannot stress enough how helpful Darius was, by far the best experience with a Verizon employee I’ve ever had!! He even stayed late to help us make sure that everything was working perfectly!! Fantastic service, I will definitely be returning to this store!
