My mom and I went to this Verizon store yesterday after a bad experience at a different Verizon store. Noah and Maverick were amazing!! They greeted us and immediately helped us with what we needed. They answered all of our questions and made great conversation. We left happy with new phones and the watch I've been wanting since they are running a promo. Both guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We will definitely be going back to this location and recommending it to friends and family!

I was having problems with my bill, and needed help with new Apple watch. I bought my 13 pro at Hudson Falls. So I went back to them. I love everyone at Hudson Falls store. Especial Dylan Spicer! Who was so kind to me. And not only helped me, with all my issues. . . but also save some money every month.Thank you so much!!! 10 stars!

I went to this Verizon location last week around 7pm to help my girlfriend get a new phone. I cannot stress enough how helpful Darius was, by far the best experience with a Verizon employee I’ve ever had!! He even stayed late to help us make sure that everything was working perfectly!! Fantastic service, I will definitely be returning to this store!

Given a “bad phone”, acknowledged that it’s a bad phone with its repeating issues, promised a new phone by Renee almost a month ago and no one is contacting me back with when to pick it up. Cannot drive thru “dead spots” without the phone fritzing (deactivating) EACH time. I then have to reboot the phone while in a WiFi area or it will Not reactivate. I’m going to be driving thru VT soon (lots of dead spots) and will not have WiFi to restart the phone each dead spot so it’s important that I have a working phone in order to access the GPS! It’s a 12pro (so it was expensive!!) and I would think they’d honor their word! Getting very frustrated!! Never have had these issues on such an expensive phone! And this stores employees don’t even care. I’m thinking I’ve been being ‘put off’ and it’s not being ordered...Update-finally received a “new” phone but it still does the same thing. Called Verizon wireless and am being told it’s the Verizon service, so pretty much “it’s the way it is”... our other phones do not do this, just the 12Pro!?! Disappointing
