Stephanie is absolutely the worst as she gets out of the bed on the wrong foot. Has no intellectual thought process of being polite she is rude as can be and it’s actually quite disgusting and disrespectful. They deserve absolutely the worst rating and nothing more. I doubt that is her name so i took a picture because when she was asked to show her name tag she held on and refused all matters. Don’t go to this pharmacy or make her resign she needs to serve the people as it’s her job to take orders behind that lousy desk that is her own fault

Id rather not. I still get my meds here. The service at the Burgoyne Ave location is shitty enough as it is. Id hate to get their version of disgruntled if an employee recognizes my name from this post next time I need a refill.

Excellent Walgreens with diligent, kind, and qualified employees who are very understanding and willing to help. They handle a huge amount of volume in the area and all still find the will to be so kind. 100/10

92 main Street store filled my prescriptions on Tues August 26th. I went to pick them up on Wednesday. Due to store completely closing the pharmacy closes because no one shows up. I went to Burgoyne ave pharmacy and their incompetent staff could not find my profile in computer to fill scripts there. I called another Walgreens and MAGIC they found my profile and filled scripts. Burgoyne staff could care less if my scripts got filled.They didn't even search hard enough to find me to fill scripts from 92 main Street store. I will be taking business elsewhere

The Pharmacy Technicians are what make the Walgreens on Burgoyne Avenue so special. They are always making sure my prescription is filled in a timely manner and they are super knowledgeable for any questions I might have regarding medications.

I switched to Walgreens because thru health insurance, tier 1&2 offer no copays if you go there. It's ok but sometimes the drive thru is closed and once the whole store closed. Staffing issues which is not acceptable if you need your scripts!

They are the worst about getting things done on time. They will tell you’ll be ready in an hour And you show up in two hours they tell you be ready in an hour. And when you ask about it, they are rude about it.

I couldn't find my husband's Rx. I called and spoke to the male Pharmacist who checked their surveillance tapes to first make sure I had picked it up and not someone else. He called me back and said it was actually me and said he would see what he could do to help. After going through our Rx bottles for the fourth time, I realized it was in a white bottle instead of the normal amber one. It was definitely my fault and I called and spoke to a young sounding female and asked her to relay my sincere apologies to him. He went out of his way to help even after viewing me picking up the Rx on the tape. It is fantastic knowing how helpful and non-judgemental your employees are. I would recommend them to anyone .
