If you’re looking to get in and to get out quick, this is not the place to go, the lady at the register would rather sit there and have a 20 minute conversation with every single person, even though people are in a rush. Having one register open is fine but you will be waiting in line for 20 minutes if it’s the same woman that was there today.

I walked in here 9 o’clock in the morning saw 10 employees not one other customer. I couldn’t even get a hello or how are you doing? How can I help you? Do you need any help? I tried to buy something no one tried to direct me to the register. It boils down to systemic racism. I would avoid this place at all cost if you’re Hispanic, or any other minority group. They are not friendly here, nor do they want your business.

I’ve been a big customer and a big spender here for my renovations. not once has the feeling of respect been fostered. The people working here seem to have a poor attitude, not to mention poor service. I’d suggest going to Rhinebeck location instead, Better service & selection

Convenient, local and have pretty muchpst of what is needed in a pinch. They don't have Lowe's and home Depot prices. But the staff are present and they work as a team. No blank stares here.

We had to return a screen door we bought in Rhinebeck that turned out to be damaged when we got it home. Ron, from the Hudson store, was extremely helpful and pleasant. None in stock, ordered a replacement from another store. Mary called me when it came in, we picked it up and all was great. Staff was very helpful.
