Dishonest businessman. Didn’t honor agreement and after cancelling deal, didn’t even apologize. No integrity.*for context; a deal was agreed upon, pickup arrangements for at the store were made, was to be receiving a receipt from the store. No apologies were given. Usually honesty and integrity aren’t reserved for just one sector of life.

What great customer support! Leonard and Lucas have gone well above and beyond resolving and issue not of their own making. I could not be more happy with the resolution of a manufactures defect. Thanks again and yet another reason not to buy from a big box outfit.Buy local.

A complete kitchen renovation is never easy but, when you add the complications of the recent supply chain issues, it might have been a real headache. Fortunately, we ordered our appliances through Lucas at Ackerman's Appliance. There were some expected manufacturer delays, but he kept us updated every step of the way which helped us to make needed adjustments. And when there was a ding to our refrigerator panel that happened during shipping, he organized a quick replacement. Fair prices, great customer service. Proof that shopping local is always best!

Had my stackable washer/dryer replaced today by Ackerman's. My dealing with this company from the very beginning was one of efficiency, professionalism and reliability. They called to let me know when the appliances would be in and when they would be installed. No excuses, no delays and no nonsense - they were right on target which is unbelievable in todays market when everything is on backorder. The installers were clean and very respectful of my property. Whatever problems they encountered they handled without any hassles or extra cost. I highly recommend this company. Maria C

Called to have surface burners on an old Viking Range repaired. Left a message in the morning, got a call back in the afternoon where he took my info. He realized he had a repairman in the area and called me back to say they could squeeze me in same day. Repairman waited patiently for me as I wasn't home when I got the call. Fixed both broken burners in less than a half hour. Super satisfied with their service.

I first purchased appliances (SubZero reefer, Asko dw, Viking range) from Ackerman's in 1999, I had heard beforehand that their motto was "If we don't sell them we don't service them", which is logical, given that our rural region's authorized sales and service centers are generally separated by ~30 to fifty miles. I chose them over a competitor twenty-five miles closer to me because of their reputation for honest dealing and skilled service technicians. Over the past twenty years, I have found this to be the case. I recently replaced my original dw with a new Asko from Ackerman's, whose technician and I ran into problems that called for an oscillating saw (neither of us had one and it would have taken an hour to locate and obtain one from a neighbor) but were solved with hammer, chisel, muscle, and skill (none of it mine). Really impressive.

Arrogant and not friendly for the consumer. Bring your business elsewhere ! I had requested warranty service for an appliance from the manufacturer. Ackerman was suppose to be an authorized service provider and they were contacted by the manufacturer to service the product. Their response is that they only services units they sell ! Well in that case your license to service your the product line should be pulled!
