Excellent customer service. Emma was a pleasure to work with and worked diligently to find me a unit that fit my needs in a timely manner. Unit was clean and easy to find once I arrived. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for storage locally.

When I first rented unit with them, I dealt alot with a wonderful woman named Darlene..she was very personable and kind...after she moved on...Emma came into the picture and she is such an amazing person..incredible to work with! For me it's always the personnel that make or break the experience..if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Fair prices.clean and secure units and amazing staff...I would recommend this company to everyone.

Affordable storage is one of the best places I have found to store your things. I really like the convenience of the temperature controlled environment not to mention the security measures they've taken to help ensure that everything is safe. The staff are very professional and friendly.

Just started renting a 10x20 unit, Emma called me with very short notice about availability when I could not find one anywhere in the Hudson area. Very friendly and definitely recommend these guys

Called three times, discussed options with representative and agreed rent unit. Was told each time by those three different people that the office would contact me to finalize rental. I never heard a word back again. After a wasted week, I decided to not waste any more time or effort with them and rented elsewhere.
