They lie to you say your phone bill will be a low number then wait till you port your number on to a phone you already owned to say it will be $90 first month then 60 after. Then they tell you that you have 40 days. Then you get a text message a week later that your bill is due in a couple weeks and it’s $158. They are scamming and liars. Do not go here. All I did was change service from Cricket wireless to AT&T huge mistake!!!!

This review is not of AT&T as much as it is of a rep named Ron at the Hudson NY store who restored our faith that good workers and customer service still exist. Unlike AT&T reps in corporate store Crossgates Mall Albany NY, Ron took the time to find solution to an ongoing problem with one of our Pixel phones, after a month of run around from Google reps and ATT corporate. What an asset Ron is and so personable besides.

I was here on Wednesday for my friend needing an updated iPhone. Service experience excellent, store clean. I'm actually changing companies from cricket wireless to AT&T tomorrow hopefully without any more problems this is my 5th visit how hard is it to get a Samsung Galaxy s24 Ultra
