BE careful dealing with this ATT location.I wanted to keep my phone and number like they say but it is a bold lie. I could not keep my number and now I am seeing Fraudulent charges on my card. DEfinetly a place to avoid.

The person that fixed my phone was really good he He was efficient with his work. The only problem is there should have been more than one employee working because it got very busy

We have a family plan with four lines. One of the lines was upgrading their phone and we'll call this line 3. The phone was ordered and shipped from AT&T but the problem was the phone was programmed with one of the other numbers from our plan, line 4 from our plan. So while trying to set up the phone with help from someone from AT&T customer service, both line 3 and line 4 were not working. My son was on the phone for over 90 minutes with customer service as the person there was just not understanding how to correct the problem. We ended up going to the Hudson store and within 15 minutes total, the staff there had the new phone working with the correct phone number and they also helped to fix the line 4 phone as well. Not just fast service but you can tell the staff at the store is very knowledgable with tech problem. Thank you very much with all of your help.

I went into the store because I was having major problems with trying to activate and transfer data from two different Android Walmart phones I was worried that I wouldn't get any help because it's an AT&T store and just bought the phone and I am not from around here just starting over with no money I walked in and there was a gentleman named Steve who helped me I explained to him what was going on and he was kind enough to help me get through it and within 15 minutes he had everything working and running this man is a technical genius I sincerely appreciate his time effort and help and his very calm and cool laid back demeanor while I was there another lady came in and was irate about a problem she was having and gave him an extremely hard time and I sat there and watched him calmly and peacefully handle the situation like a professional I can't tell you all how much I would recommend going to the store and he deserves many praises and accolades for everything that he does and the way he handles the business

Overpaid for Samsung ear buds. You can get the newest ones on Amazon for the same price as the galaxy buds 2. Also you shouldn't have to pay a $55 restocking fee to return or exchange an item. AT&T is a rip off!!

A heavy dose of training and managerial supervision is needed at this location to elevate the customer experience from brutally unprofessional to what the AT&T training manual actually dictates. What appears as two college kids on an internship running the store, could turn into a professionally run location if some care was given to their training and customer service skills. If I were an AT&T manager observing what I observed during my visit, I would be embarrassed

Terrible customer service... my sibblings and I purchased a phone for my parent's as a Christmas gift. They over charged my debt card which put my account the over draft by $70.00 Ive Tried Talking to the person that did this...he was very inconciderate...and even avoided my phone call, by telling his co-worker he wasnt there when I called. If You Use This store please be Aware and pay close Attention to your transaction when checking out...still trying to resolve this... ??
