we took our car to fix some scratches. idk how they did it but they did it. paint dripping down the sides, sanded down the other side probably to match his mistakes on the side that needed work, and there’s like a collection of dried paint on the inside of the door. it’s almost hysterical because we went to the spot next to hudson bagel and the guy told us “other auto body shops will probably give you a bad tape job when painting over, leaving you with drippings and they’re going to sand down blemishes instead of replacing parts” and they did just that 😂. i 100% take the blame because i was not present to advocate for my father who went in to get the car taken care of. but i guess shit happens, extra paint on the doors. guess we got our $3100 worth, in paint and sanding at least
oh, and that cover that goes above the tire, yeah it’s still bent in. it’s okay, i guess i didn’t want that fixed anyway.
i’m not saying im ungrateful for the time and work being put into our car, but if we’re giving you 3k to fix our car, i’d expect a job that would bring customers back and refer their friends and family. but maybe i just had too much faith

Gary was honest, responsive, and did great work on our Mazda in half the time of the assessment I got from a local competitor. And when he came across some smaller things that I hadn’t noticed, he included fixing them too. Great service and will definitely go back. Thanks Gary.
