Has good employees! Bought out my iPhone 13 here and only have to pay 6 months(3 months left now) until I unlock my phone which is amazing! Downside to it, not only month and a half my phone makes weird buzzing noises where I have to turn my phone off twice a day. Of course it’s a brand new phone still but i quite don’t understand why I need to constantly turn it off and back on. It’s all up to date and no software issues. I never had problems with other carriers neither. So I don’t know why it’s does this only through cricket phones.

I was recommended to join cricket, I had a great experience, Nicole was helpful and helped me make sure I knew how to use the phone before leaving, I would go back.

Most recent visits to this Cricket location was like being in the twilight zone . Horrible service from some guy with no name tag . Tried to sell me a phone from out of his car in the parking lot $100 cheaper than Cricket . Most recently the same guy was sleeping when we walked in and never got up out of chair to help us . Then stated they had no phones in stock . I am pretty pissed off . This guy should be fired . I plan on finding out who the manager is and having this taken care of .

Place use to be good. Cant use bathroom even if you got a 3 year old about to piss and woman with her 8+ months pregnant has to walk somewhere else to goto restroom. Shame on you cricket..

I went into the store and was greeted by a guy named Dave . He was rude and very disrespectful! He made me feel like I was stupid and that I needed a man to help me decide which phone to get . I’ve never been treated so poorly before in my life. This person needs to be fired for how he treats customers and especially women customers… I can only imagine how he treats his girlfriend… I feel sorry for her

I highly recommend Cricket Wireless in Hudson for their outstanding customer service. The staff at this store went above and beyond to assist me with my issue and answered questions I had. I couldn't be more pleased with the support I received.

I plan on going to this location in the next few days. But I have been a long time customer of cricket wireless and never had any problems with any of your other stores in the city or Queens, or the Bronx.

Longtime customer of Cricket Wireless unfortunately the nearby cricket stores have horrific customer service I figured let me try outside of my range. I reached the Hudson store and sure enough Nicole is the best customer service Experience I have received an over nine years of being with Cricket. She is amazing. She is bubbly she is detailed. She is straight to the point. I will be making an hour and half drive Just to conduct business, even though there’s a near location 30 minutes from me all because of customer service thank you Nicole thank you Nicole thank you Nicole for a long time customer!

Denya is AMAZING, I called cricket corporate and after waiting 19 minutes on hold to have my phone fixed, I decided to go to the store. I walked in and Denya welcomed me with a big smile and asked how she could help me. Denya literally took 2 minutes to fix the issue I had with my phone. I walked out a very happy customer. Love the folks at the Greenport (Hudson) branch. Great service. Never a wait. I had Mint mobile before which I could not even use. Since switching, I have had no problem.

Nicole, the Hudson store Manager, was very helpful replacing my old Verizon phone with a brand new, Cricket 5G phone! She was patient, downloaded all my info off the old onto the new, answered my questions, and showed me a few things I didn't know! I'm glad we switched to Cricket!
