Absolutely terrible! I came 1 hour after my prescription was due and it wasn't ready. Everyone was nice except this one woman said it was an hour to wait! This was after another person said it would be ready on 20 minutes. I feel awful and will be sicker tomorrow due to her lack of care for the customers.

This pharmacy has hit rock bottom! CVS has been holding up my diabetes medication refill for many weeks. I've run out of my meds. CVS just comes up with multiple excuses why they can't fill my prescription. Never going back there again.

The Pharmacy at this location is a complete dumpster fire. Prescriptions will be "in progress" for days on end without getting filled so you end up running out, and if you try to call the pharmacy nobody answers or there's a message saying "this pharmacy is temporarily closed". If you go in to talk to a pharmacist directly, you'll usually run into a crowd of other angry customers all looking to speak to the Pharmacist about their own messed up prescriptions. I've been a CVS customer for most of my adult life but this location is making me consider switching to a different chain. 0/10.

This place is a total mess. They cannot stay on top of prescriptions. It’s gotten so bad that they now wait until you go in to pickup the prescription before they even attempt to start filling it. And they’re so backed up, that sometimes they’ll tell you to come back several hours later to pick it up. You can call them to get the process started, but often they won’t answer the phone at all, or you have to wait on hold for 10-15 minutes before somebody picks up. They need to get it together, it’s putting people in a bad spot with medications they rely on.

I’ve been trying to get my script from them for over a week. It says “in progress” on the (useless) app, no one answers the phone or they put you on hold for 25 minutes at which point you get disconnected - happened to me 3x today. It’s a medication I need, just like everyone else. I wish I never had to see another doctor or pharmacist for as long as I live, it’s a nonstop nightmare and source of anxiety and stress.

HORRIBLE! Never can get my diabetes meds ever. First it was the trulicity because everyone uses it for weight loss. Now its farxiga. No one answers phone and the app can be somewhat useless. I do not believe its the staffs fault. They are horribly short staffed! Would've left CVS sooner but am moving shortly and was trying to hold out! Do not go here it only gets worse and worse!

I went to get someones meds refilled. They said come back at 5pm. Went back the next day, the meds still were not refilled. Very rude employees!

Well boys it happened ! Over the last year, it’s been progressively worse…Unlike the muppet ranting about how the pharmacy manger is “pride sensitive” and how the old black guy likes his last name….this place is utter trash. If they haven’t killed someone yet, it will happen. Idk how you prove that but someone not getting their medication is not just a “minor inconvenience”. I involved the district manager and some portions of the “corporate” structure. This pharmacist has checked out..a long time ago. And if he can’t recognize that he’s part of the pro and a danger to the public. I will contact the state board… not sure what they can do, but this is this not what they’re for ?To all of you thinking: is this real ? We’ll Try calling today… 9AM on a Friday, the place is CLOSED. I had the woman from the RX branch call while I was on the phone. Not a good look. Move your RX elsewhere. This is dangerous, a problem not only morally, but I would imagine legally. Bring your problems up the food chain, I should have done this earlier, but we are accustomed to such a low level of function for so long we accept it. I don't know what has happened here this last few months, but they don't even start to fill a prescription until the customer shows up to collect, and then you have to wait at least another 30 minutes. My prescription was sent in 5 days previously and they hadn't even started to fill it. Then told to wait 30 mins etc. Sitting there, this was happening to every customer who showed up. You'd be better just switching pharmacies.

I have never in my life wrote a review for any business before, but this one is so atrocious that you're better off using a different pharmacy. Waited on the phone for 3 hours only for them to tell me to call back tomorrow cause they are now close. Saying they don't have a medication when they do. The females are so rude and hung up on me and when I called back to ask why or whats going on? The guy answered and I told him I got hung up on and he says "he knows and?" Like what?? Oh let's not forget the amount of time it takes to have your medication filled up. They said it's ready and you get there and you have to wait 30 more minutes. Why waste people time and gas if you're not ready to begin with? I've learned over the years to always call before going to pick anything up but when phones aren't being answered and they give you wrong info and waste your time and don't care to fix the mistakes and learn, than that place is hopeless. And I can't use other ones because they don't take my insurance or don't carry the medication, or really far away. Can't wait to move. If it's a one time thing or here and there, I would be more understanding but it happens so often that I'm like what the hell is going on with this place? Not going to get better anytime soon either because it's been years.

my 2 month old preemie daughter can’t even keep food down due to reflux, she was prescribed pepcid at 3 pm, they didn’t have it ready by 7:45 pm. they told me to get it tomorrow. she is in pain and can’t keep food down and weighs 5 1/2 pounds and needs to be gaining. unbelievable. no empathy or care for their patients, even the tiniest and most vulnerable. trying to switch to a better pharmacy but the options in hudson are abysmal.

Warning. The CVS on Fairview Avenue has complete fallen apart. It literally takes days to get a prescription filled. Multiple visits. They fill one part and not the other. Staff is frazzled. Customers upset. They are days behind. Stay away until the fix it. I have no idea what happened. It used to be fine.

Recently moved to the area so used this CVS pharmacy since it was closer. Our pediatrician sent two scripts in for my daughter. Went to the pharmacy almost two hours after leaving doctors office. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Got home from work went to give my daughter her medicine and they never mixed her antibiotic.It’s still in powder form. So now I have to be late to work tomorrow morning to have this situation corrected. Why my child suffers. Guess I’ll drive the 45 minutes to our previously used CVS pharmacy.
