“03/8/24 went to TCC Verizon in Hudson,At first, I'm not comfortable coming into the store because of what my friends experience and that service was not good.And actually I experienced it before service was bad and my friend had the same experience.Let me share my experience, this gentlemen who assisted me Jeremy he is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, his patience is unbelievable, he explained everything what my current plan ( that I was paying something that I never use) and what is the best for the family plan, he showed me everything dollar amounts and what is reality. And my old phone from 1% battery took forever to charge ( and that's the reason why I came to store to look out some options for a new phone) for upgrade.This is the best service I received in Hudson area customer service wise, I am very happy that Jeremy really took time and helped with the transaction.As a consumer I will recommend TCC Hudson area, and I showed my husband my new phone and he wants it too well there's another sale and happy consumer.Another, transaction coming soon.Thank you Jeremy for all your help.We need more people in customer service industry like you.”
