My second time coming to jiffy lube for an inspection. First time didn’t go well and second time either. They kept telling me I needed an oil change, coolant, and new filter. I told them “no” because I had an appointment set up with someone else. I made it very clear I didn’t want none of the extra stuff, I only told them to add 1 quart of oil. They went ahead and topped off my coolant. They charged me $30 extra apart from the $21 for the inspection. I asked them why and they said because my car needed it. I told them I had an appointment set up already and those weren’t emergencies. They disrespected my wishes. STILL FORCED ME to pay. They just love taking advantage of people like me. A young girl. Definitely not happening a third time.

Technicians failed the inspection on my vehicle because the windows don't go up. Windows going up and down are not part of a safety inspection.

Manager told me they were unable to get the skid plate back on after they removed it for an oil change. I had to take it next day to my mechanic to have it reinstalled. I won't be back.

If they ask you not to park in the line for a stall don’t do it. They forget about you, multiple other cars coming for the same reason (oil change & inspection) will jump you and you end up waiting over an hour. When you ask why they shrug. Shout out to the short bald guy that really did the bare minimum
Update: I completed the survey and emailed this guy below with all my information three weeks ago and I haven't heard from any one.
