All of KeyBank gets 0 stars. I became a customer this year. In the short time that I have an account they have disabled my debit card due to their own failure to collect a signature, taken over two months to send me a new card. Their ATM has spit all of my cash out onto the street when trying to make a deposit, and is now in my last attempt to use it has malfunctioned and taken hundreds of dollars without putting it into my account. I now am I'm being forced to wait up to 10 days to get my money back when I am trying to pay rent.

When Key Bank took over for First Niagara, the closed my secured credit card. After having to spend over an hour on the phone since I no longer live in NY, I was agreed to be sent a check, from my secured cd account which was used to open my account. I never received a check, so I could not pay my card off and now they have reported to the credit bureau and have halted my in process mortgage. Trying to talk to customer service is absolutely pointless.They are harassing me from $500 when they have $500 of my money.

Key bank customer service can be annoying. First Niagara used to be so much better, now that key bank bought it, the services they provide are not satisfactory.

Key Bank will rob you any chance that they have they are a horrible Corporation and I pray that one day they will be exposed and all the people whose money that they took will be reimbursed.
