Ordered a new vinyl floor, waited three weeks for installation due to having a very tight schedule. The day came to have it installed and received a phone call stating the boxes were damaged and they needed to reorder the pieces. Called to speak with a supervisor and sat on hold three times and never spoke to one. Called the 1800 number and was told somebody would call back within 24 hours. That phone call never happened. I’ve been purchasing from Lowe’s since 2010 and have spent an estimated $75,000 since then. This establishment does NOT care about consumer complaints. I’m ready to never spend another dime here and only deal with Home Depot. Maybe they care about their consumers.

Brought in a paint I had to be tinted and MacKenzie who was working was great. The paint needed to be darkened and the paint formula wasn’t working as it should and she did the formula mix manually and it took awhile and she made it work. She was awesome.

Highly suggest downloading the app. It is not always easy to locate things in the store. With the app, search up the item and it gives the exact aisle and section to look in.
The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable.
Visit the plant section for a wide variety of indoor/outdoor annuals and perennials.

Worst customer service
Been here countless of times there’s maybe a 10-15% of employees that actual help customers. I’ve witnessed multiple times employees ignoring phone calls to customers and I had an order for curbside pickup and no one came out. So I go on with my baby and they’ve directly disconnected the phone so they do not revive orders. And bragging about this to another employee in front of me.

We drove all the way to Hudson for lumber that wasn't readily available at our Lowe. Only to get there and find out its a different price and even though online says one thing, they will NOT price match.
Poor Customer Service.

I am a God fearing woman and I know that this good people in the world, the people at the Hudson Lowe’s are not just good but they’re understandable they’re reasonable and their family oriented their team workers. Everyone there works together. I am so grateful to have Miss Kathy at the register and all the other folks that make up that team, if you’re looking for a really good shop at the Hudson store.
