Friendly and fairly quick, but the markup for purchasing parts directly through them is insane… for example for a part that would cost ~$60 at like O’Reilly, if you get it through Midas, you pay over twice that (excluding labor ofc).

Caution. They will rip you off. I came in for brake pads and they said I needed to change my whole rotors. I took it to Lexus dealership and all I needed to do was shave the rotors.

Joe and Andrew were absolutely the best at getting an appointment quickly for my oil change and filters replaced! Andrew showed me the filters and why getting new ones are so important. Joe explained everything to me and was great! Will definitely recommend patients and friends to come here!!

I needed emergency brake service the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. My family camping trip was in jeopardy with my grinding brakes. The only person I knew to call was Joe. His schedule was full, but he was able to squeeze me in. He saved my camping trip. His crew are top notch techs and always very professional. They understand the complexities of my truck, and provide me with the best advice.

They were great the 2 times before when I needed car work done. I'd make the appointment online, someone would give me a call and I'm all set. I've tried 3 times now to make an appointment on line and no one gives me a call back or emails or anything. I don't know if they don't take online appointments anymore or what. I could call them but it's just easier for me to make the appointment online while I'm at work and just stop by when work is done. It's just weird and inconvenient

Took my van there for a new tire due to a screw in it. They had the new tire ready to put on but they looked at it and decided I didn't need a whole new tire but simply plugged the hole! Nice! Honest ladies worked on my van and didn't take the hole as the death of the tire. So refreshing to find people not out for money. I will be going back to them again. And referring friends and family to this Midas !
