“Has good employees! Bought out my iPhone 13 here and only have to pay 6 months(3 months left now) until I unlock my phone which is amazing! Downside to it, not only month and a half my phone makes weird buzzing noises where I have to turn my phone off twice a day. Of course it’s a brand new phone still but i quite don’t understand why I need to constantly turn it off and back on. It’s all up to date and no software issues. I never had problems with other carriers neither. So I don’t know why it’s does this only through cricket phones.”

“I went into the Verizon store on Saturday to get information about adding a new line to my account. Tyana was extremely helpful, kind, genuine, and patient with me as I weighed my options. While there, I ended up upgrading my phone as well as adding a line to my account. Tyana really spent a lot of time with me and I can’t thank her enough.”

“Josh at AT&T in Catskill, NY was the best person I’ve ever dealt with at AT&T or any other phone provider. He was knowledgeable, quick and incredibly helpful. I accidentally hit #1 on the survey when I meant to say I was Very Satisfied with his help. Highly recommend Joah”
