I just wanted to say Thank You to your employees! From the ladies who do billing to repairs. Two of the sweetest gents came and took care of my issue for a very minimal price compared to another company that wanted $1800. They were very thorough and quite entertaining! . Just wanted to pass on my Great experience!! They put my mind at ease!

Love the ladies who take my calls, always pleasant. I have this company as my supplier, I used to have First Fuel, who charged me a rental fee for the tanks, Mulhern had a cheaper price and doesn't charge for rental fees.

I was forced to choose this company for propane when I moved. I have to say the staff has been rude on two occasions, and I would switch if it were possible. I don’t understand how people accept this, other than the monopoly in certain areas. They don’t seem dishonest, but they have not been at all pleasant when contact is necessary.

This morning when I left for work there were large limbs that had fallen from a tree during the Halloween storm.I had no time to deal with the mess as it was completely dark out. After making a small path to go to work I figured I would deal with it in the afternoon. When I arrived home the limbs were cut and moved. I noticed that I received my propane delivery and thought how?Well after I notified Mulhern they got ahold of the driver who did my delivery to see if he had trouble gaining access and he didn't because he is the one who cut and cleared the path to make the delivery. Customer Service at it's Best!! Thanks

So, I call Mulhern Gas in a panic because my oven is not working. They send Pete Bruno to come and check it out. Pete is a good guy, everyone knows that. He shows up on time, takes a look at my stove, sees the problem and fixes it right away. No mess, no drama, no fuss. Thank you, Mulhern Gas, thank you Pete Bruno. You guys are the best.

Thomas is right.Nice to see someone actually be honest about that Company.They are nothing but a bunch of Common Thieves.Im currently fighting lung cancer and i receive the heap benifit.I call their office about their so called errors.And the secretary says to me. What do you care if we rip off the heap program you don't pay taxes.Thats what she says to me.I didn't always have lung cancer I worked all my life.Now I live off of Social Security. I assure you I worked all my life right up until I just couldn't work anymore.Just recently I ran out of Fuel.Called the company because unfortunately they get my heap grant.Leave a message that it no rush.After the truck fills up my tank and my neighbor tank a Tech shows up.He says they are concerned why I ran out of Fuel.I reply to him.Why it's been a very cold winter.He says we gotta check for a leak..People their is no leak.They are just trying to find ways to take advantage of my Heap.I wonder how many Heap customers are being taken advantage of . I've had enough.I feel like I'm being punished because I have lung cancer.And I can't work.I hope more customers tell on them.what they are really all about.GREED.
