Northeastern literally saved me! I had had a car accident and they came to the rescue with their tow truck in a very short time. They gave me reassurance that all would be well with my car. The communication and attention to detail was excellent until my car was ready to be picked up. I am very happy with the result of my 'new' car and feel very grateful to have been given such excellent service all round. Thank you Northeastern Auto Coach!!

Taking my car to Northeastern Auto Coach was my first experience with a body shop. Autumn was helpful start to finish. She answered all of my questions (and I had a lot!) handled everything from dealing with the insurance company to making sure my rental car was booked. I was updated throughout the entire process, never needing to reach out to check the status of my vehicle. The team worked quickly and my car looks and feels brand new. Would absolutely recommend this business 10/10 :)

A company had backed into my Subaru and I brought it here. From beginning to end Northeastern auto coach was wonderful. From the work they did on the car to communication throughout the whole process. Autumn was amazing and handled a lot of the communication with the company regarding my car and the rental I needed. Also, they detailed the interior of my car which was a special surprise. 11/10 best auto body shop.

Northeastern Auto Coach was an amazing place to work with! Autumn and Dalton were extremely helpful and communicated every step of the process after I hit a deer. The work they did to repair my car was exceptional. Their kindness and compassion was truly remarkable.

Autumn and the team were great communicators and the work was great. They went above and beyond on our car. Took a few weeks to get an appointment but they held the exact date we booked and there is a good reason they are so in demand!

There is no praise high enough for Northeastern Auto Coach! Autumn is an absolute professional! It would be enough if she just knew her business as well as she does, but when you add that she is the easiest person to work with in a difficult time usually involved in needing car repair, it makes her a very welcome calm in the storm! She handled every detail from start to finish with such competence that I was able to Relax and trust that this would all work out. And it did! Dylan and his crew did a beautiful job on my car’s seriously smashed front end after hitting a deer. Again, start to finish professionalism and kindness and competence. Highly recommended!!
