Brought my 11 month old puppy here for her very 1st grooming. I told them before hand it was her first grooming experience. They did not even finish my dogs cut. Didn't cut nails or do any of the so called included grooming needs. The manager was extremely rude and they still charged full price! When I finally got home after my dogs traumatizing first experience she hid for an hour! I will NEVER EVER bring my dog back there. Neither will I ever shop there for my pet after mine and my pups experience !!

We went there yesterday and it's a very tidy store, when the register got busy someone immediately came to open another. Dan helped us through check out and also with the engraving kiosk when we needed extra help. He went ABOVE and beyond because I think we had to ask him for help twice and he was so nice about it.

It's a pet store so yeah. Staff are friendly and helpful. I don't have a dog but the ones they were grooming looked pretty chill.

Very clean. Very organized. Unfortunately like most pet stores, they had every Hills Science Diet EXCEPT "No corn, wheat, or soy". The cashier was very kind and told us we had Treats cash to spend, which we hadn't even known we earned. So that was awesome!

Toys,snacks, well lit wide aisles, pick up available. I love shopping here..The staff is so compassionate and friendly. And Moxie loves it too.

So many dead fish, my 4 yr grand daughter was very upset, store was well stocked, plenty of help
