I work nights and train after work between 2:30am - 4am. The guy that works the front desk (I don't know his name) is always helpful and SUPER friendly. Id like to give him a big shout out for his awesome service. Also, there is a woman that works with him most of the time and she's just as nice and friendly as well. They keep the club very clean and always greet me with a smile every time I come in. Love this gym. Been a member since summer 2019 and it has gotten better and better through the years especially recently.
Lastly, the addition of the Supine Chest Press is fantastic.

Since Samantha Sloane Cole became manager, my Planet Fitness branch has completely transformed for the better. The staff are now genuinely friendly and professional, the facility is spotless, and unruly behavior is addressed promptly and respectfully. Samantha sets the tone — welcoming, inclusive, and member-focused — and it shows in every detail. She’s an outstanding leader who has made this gym a place I’m proud to belong to!

No hot water in men’s shower. One of the shower is out of order. Shower stalls were pretty dirty.

I don't have any experience myself but my kids go there and it's changed their lives for the better, I hope. My daughter lost a lot of weight, is toned down considerably while my son has a good positive attitude

I really love it here ! You have literally anything you could possibly need, and the staff is really great. You can't beat the price either. If you've been thinking about joining, you won't regret it. Also staff are super friendly and helpful!!!! They also have great attitudes ?

Tonight after workout, I went into the shower and was totally grossed out. This is not hygienic and someone from Corporate needs to follow up with the Club to get this addressed. Kingston is much cleaner and Albany franchises are very clean. I fail to see why Hudson mgmt. can't perform basic responsibilities for holding accountable those responsible for cleaning the men's facilities. This club would not pass a health inspection. Value your member's health and clean the facilities properly, PLEASE!

Cleanliness is an issue but otherwise it's a good gym. Hot water in the showers is also a problem. Staff acted like they cared when i mentioned both issues but nothing changed.
Showers were better last time I needed one but the place hasn't been cleaned up. Upps, spoke too soon about the showers, still no reliable hot water.
