I don't know why this store isn't rated higher, especially for our area. They have a good selection and are well staffed with helpful polite people. They have a nice variety of men's, women's and children's shoes.

I always go to Shoe Dept. when I need new shoes. They have all my favorite brands and their prices are exceptional. They have sales all the time, a loyalty rewards member program which can earn you points(money) that you can save towards another purchase. I recently went for a new pair of non-slip work shoes and found exactly what I needed!

I always like shoe department, I met manager last winter. He's always asking people if they need help. I went there today, same energy, what a nice guy. What great customer service. Wonderful man, give him a raise!!!

The associates stood around at the cash register and were talking. I wanted to ask for help but I don't interrupt people. After about two minutes I got what I needed and was purchasing and then they threatened to kick my family and I out. This has happened on many occasions.

Love the store always clean and friendly staff but the store hours suck they close at 8 what if you get out later then 8 you have to wait or go to walmart

The staff always look absolutely miserable and seem like they hate their job. The turnover tells you that must be the case, because there is never the same people working there anytime you go in. Terrible selection of women's shoes. They never have the size/style I go in looking for. The only reason we occasionally go there is my son has pretty good luck finding sneakers in his size.
