Hard workers there for sure.. managers are professional and I actually left my phone twice in the cart and had no issues getting my phone back. Ali in the deli is awesome, hardworking and always keeping it real. We love you Ali!!

Never coming back here again! blonde woman in self check out was EXTREMELY unprofessional and ableist towards two customers when I last came. I have never experienced such negative customer service to this level before. Train your employees to know how to treat customers with common decency.

Saw a middle aged blonde woman at the self checkout being extremely rude to another lady for no reason. She’s often rude to customers and makes coming here uncomfortable for many. That lady did not deserve this, I won’t be shopping here anymore. Do better.

I go here mainly for the deli since they have a good selection of meats and cheese. However, recently I've been seeing a lack of customer care usually after 4pm. Employees ignoring customers, only focusing on the preslice, and not changing gloves. Not sure why this is but back when I worked here, you got in trouble for things like that

This store, the ShopRite chain, if the last bastion of good products and selection and quality. They uniquely offer fleishman's unsalted margarine and other products that as someone with food allergies are coveted. Buying them online is exorbitantly expensive and one should be able to get what they need from a local store. I drive over 45 minutes just to go to this store and any ShopRite.

I drove 45 minutes to get my groceries at this SHOPRITE, and the drive was worth it ...the store was clean, shelves stocked and when I went to pick up the sushi I liked, there was none available and they made me a fresh tray. I was able to pick up every item on my list.. customer service gave me a hand with a few things, there were ample cashiers, and there were no lines at the cash yourself out area and there were attendants there to give a hand if needed. Definitely a thumbs up and worth the drive...I will be back 😉

How ironic that after Price Chopper took over ShopRite in the Albany area, here in Hudson we have an old-school price chopper taken over by ShopRite. I love that they left the exterior (the design has aged very well IMO), only adding their logo with an american flag design behind it and a fresh coat of paint. But the inside is fully remodeled to a ShopRite, and it took me back to a time when I had one in walking distance in Colonie. This store had a good atmosphere, clean and neat, the employees stocking moved out of the way, if people asked questions they were eager to help. I also found an item i have been looking for FOREVER in this area, i didn't think it existed. So I will be back at some point as it's a fairly easy 1 hour drive from Albany. When informed the cashier of this, they explained their online shopping program so I could order online and then drive down and just pick it up. I prefer shopping in-person but I do appreciate the willingness to help in any way possible. I will consider bringing a cooler to try some of their frozen items next time!

I have never in my life been to this store (just moved to the area) I went last minute shopping, upon driving into the parking lot, I noticed how immaculate the parking lot was, I had my toddler in tow and was a bit distracted and after shopping and loading my child and groceries into my car, I had left my wallet in my shopping cart. I realized about 2 miles down the road and turned back. The young man I saw hard at work (bi-racial with dreadlocks) noticed me and let me know he tried to catch me before I left to return my wallet to me but I didn't notice so he gave it to the woman a guest services. That young man deserves a raise or something cause my whole life was in that wallet and nothing was missing and I'm very thankful because most wouldn't have taken that much effort in this day and age. Give that man a big raise and lunch PLEASE! I wish I caught his name because I'm very grateful!

They have changed to electronic shelf labels which are horrible when trying to read how much anything up high is and they have a stupid robot that wanders around the store blocking isles from carts and causing people to not be able to shop in a quick and timely manner. We will not be returning to this location there’s other stores nearby that don’t have these issues.
