Shopping at the Staples in Hudson, NY is becoming a habit. The store is well stocked and the staff is friendly and helpful. Eddie is always helpful, making him my go-to guy for product information.

I was returning a adapterl that didn't work and the cashier told me to look for a hidden port that I could plug directly into on my printer I went and looked sure enough I found a hidden port and now my printer works HP couldn't tell me how to fix it tech services from internet provider couldn't help me but this guy knew what he was talking about and told me what to look for and I did and I found it and it works thank you

Had problem with pop ups from Chrome which virus scanners do not remove. Tech support at Staples explained how I can prevent this issue from recurring.

Staples is a store we use frequently for our office needs. Yesterday I bit the bullet & went to get a new, much needed laptop. The sales associate Cameron helped me as I considered which one would best meet my needs. Cameron showed me options, helped me compare products and did everything a sales associate would be expected to do without making me feel pressured to purchase anything until I was comfortable with my final decision. I would definitely recommend Cameron as being the person to speak with if assistance is needed.
