I've been part of this Bank since I was 16 years old. Is a nice local bank friendly people. The safety program of online banking is superb and they are willing to help you with investments, mortgages, setting up a check-in or savings account friendly tellers one of the best local banks in the state of New York

BEWARE!!!You would think telling them MULTIPLE times you do not want overdraft, but still getting overdraft fees you’re left confused and upset for continuously telling them that you DO NOT want overdraft, but no one explains to you that you STILL get charged even if something tries to go through. Absolutely absurd. I’ve spend probably over $1,000 on “overdraft” fees meanwhile, I’m not even over drafting, as the money is not being taken. Thank you to all of the employees who have not explained this to me, I would’ve save $1,000 AND taken my business elsewhere, when I should’ve already done so a LONG time ago.

This place is full of rude employees. I came in to ask if there was enough money in account to see if check would clear, and the management rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude. Worse bank experience ever.
